Tonnelleries Ermitage and Berthomieu were very pleased to be a sponsor of the Southern Pinot Noir Workshop in Hanmer Springs, New Zealand for the first time this year. The event started on 22th January ended yesterday. It brought together the most talented winemakers and viticulturalists working with Pinot Noir in New Zealand for three days of tasting, evaluation, talks and discussion led by Ermitage and Berthomieu’s guest soil science expert Dr. Emmanuel Bourguignon from Laboratoire d’Analyses Microbiologiques des Sols (LAMS).
