The Groupe Charlois continuously improves working conditions and safety for its employees and temporary workers, while also prioritizing their health and well-being in the workplace.

The Groupe Charlois selects Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) based on quality criteria. Some PPE items are custom-made, such as hearing protection.

For over 10 years, the Groupe Charlois has been developing high-performance machines for sawmills, stave mills, and cooperages. The design office is based in Murlin, where its dedicated workshop handles the manufacturing, maintenance, and renewal of machinery in a constant pursuit of exclusivity, quality, and safety. A team of four technicians is dedicated to supporting employees, meeting the specific demands of their various trades.
