Job description
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring sales contracts, from preparing quotations to product delivery and after-sales service. You will play a key role in coordinating between the company’s various internal and external stakeholders.
Description of duties
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sales management: preparing commercial offers, tracking orders, managing deliveries and after-sales service.
- Commercial and administrative follow-up: managing sales and after-sales service, tracking payments and commissions.
- Reporting: updating stock levels, tracking sales statistics at the request of the sales team.
- Liaising with stakeholders: coordinating between customers, agents and sub-agents, as well as with internal departments (sales, production, planning, accounting, communications, etc.) and external parties (carriers, freight forwarders, etc.).
- You will mainly work in export markets, supporting the Saury sales team.
The scope of work covers the management of sales of new and used barrels, alternative products and large containers.
Complementarity with the existing team on topics such as logistics, accounting, etc.
Although mainly dedicated to Tonnellerie Saury, you may be involved to a very limited extent with other Group brands, mainly on the Spanish market, in collaboration with brand managers.
The desired profile
You are rigorous and have excellent organisational skills. You also have a good ability to manage customer relations and interact with multiple contacts.
Required training/professional experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration, ideally in an international context.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook). Other software used includes Sage 3, Yooz and DocuSign.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.

portfolio of existing customers and also for developing it.
Description of duties
As part of a dynamic team, your main task will be to market oak barrels and alternative wood products in France, mainly in the regions producing the Sauternes, Graves, Pessac Léognan, Médoc, Blaye/Bourg, Fronsac, Côtes du Marmandais/Duras, Bergerac, Gaillac – Fronton, Cahors, Basque Country – Jurançon – Madiran – Gascogne (Armagnac) and Loire Valley. In terms of exports, you will be responsible for Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as Greece and Piedmont in Italy, in collaboration with local agents.
Some occasional travel abroad is therefore to be expected.

In a dynamic context of international growth, we are recruiting a Consolidation Manager.
You will be responsible for producing and ensuring the reliability of the Group’s consolidated accounts in accordance with French standards using Amelkis software, which is currently being implemented.
The position requires close collaboration with international finance teams to ensure compliance with the Group’s consolidation standards and to provide financial analyses to senior management.
Description of duties
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Monthly/half-yearly/annual closing process:
- Monitoring monthly closings using Amelkis consolidation software
- Producing consolidated statutory accounts
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of data submitted by subsidiaries
- Post consolidation adjustments (inventory margin, leasing, adjustments related to changes in scope, etc.)
- Monitor changes in scope (acquisitions, disposals, mergers) and integrate the impacts into the consolidated accounts
- Reporting & publication:
- Prepare consolidated accounts in accordance with French standards (ANC Regulation 2020-01)
- Oversee the production of the consolidated half-yearly and annual reports for internal and external partners (investment funds, shareholders, auditors)
- Relations with auditors:
- Prepare and coordinate half-yearly and annual audits of the consolidated accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for auditors on consolidation issues
- Continuous improvement and projects:
- Raise awareness and train accounting teams on the consolidation process
- Participate in optimising consolidation processes and developing Amelkis software
- Support subsidiaries in understanding Group consolidation rules
- Contribute to cross-functional projects in the Finance department (digitisation, integration of new entities, etc.)
Occasional travel to the Group’s various sites in France is to be expected.
Desirated profile
- You are thorough, independent and have strong analytical skills.
- You are able to work effectively in a project-based environment and communicate with international contacts in particular.
Required training/professional experience
- Higher education in finance/accounting/auditing (e.g. Master’s degree in CCA, DSCG, business school).
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in consolidation, ideally in an international environment or audit/consulting firm (Big 4).
- Very good command of French consolidation standards and knowledge of US GAAP appreciated.
- Proficiency in Amelkis software required.
- Professional English required.
