Atelier Ermitage develops a bespoke approach based on staves selected from the finest French state forests. Each barrel is conceived as a singular piece, where forest origin, oak maturation, and toast profiles are adjusted with precision. Combined with steam preheating, this level of exacting care gives Ermitage barrels tannins of great finesse and a harmonious expression of fine wines. For every project, the Atelier provides personalized support — from the selection of the raw material through to final delivery.
