Founded in 1906 and part of Charlois since 2006, Tonnellerie Berthomieu builds on a deep knowledge of oak and staves. Located in the Nivernais region, it combines a unique steam preheating method with full forest traceability — enabling each barrel to be linked to the origin of the oak from which it was crafted and supporting the precise expression of fine wines.
