International Day of Forests : Oak in the spotlight !

For more than 200 years, oak has been part of the Charlois family’s DNA. It is the passion for this tree which animates the group still today. Without this passion, adventure would not be possible.

Since 2006, Groupe Charlois has been involved in various complementary activities related to oak. A tree of know-how integrating the trades of stave producer, cooper, manufacturer of oak products for oenology, producer of railway sleepers, laboratory food industry specialist… And since 2016, the Group markets La Chênaie, a cosmetic brand of products based on a patented oak extract.
